How To Access Digital Support

How To Access Digital Support

We want to make sure that accessing the help that you need is as easy as possible, and so there are a couple of different ways. Please don't contact any member of the team directly- this can cause delays in response.

The Digital Support Site

This site should be your starting point whenever possible. Here you’ll find articles, videos, and guides to help you get the most out of our digital tools. If you’re unable to find an answer online you can click on the button at the bottom of any page to raise a support ticket.

The Member’s Site

The entire Digital Support Site is available from within the Member’s Site. Just head to any of the Digital Support pages and click on the question mark icon in the bottom right of the screen. You’ll be able to access all of the same articles, guides, and videos- and can raise a ticket without having to move between different sites.

Email

If you’re unable to access the Digital Support Site you can contact the team at techsupport@greenparty.org.uk. Please don’t email any member of the team directly or your response may be delayed.
