How To Run An Email Test

How To To Run An Email Test: Testing Different Subject Lines

1. Create a new Email as normal, by clicking on PEOPLE from the Start Organising menu, moving your cursor over Email and clicking on the plus (+) icon that appears.



2. Create your Email as you usually would. Next to your subject, you'll see a green circle with a plus (+) icon. Click on this to add an alternative Email subject.



3. Add in your alternate email subject to the new row that appears.


You can repeat steps two and three to add in more alternate subjects.
4. Once you've added all of the alternate subject lines you want to test continue to send the Email as normal.

How To To Run An Email Test: Testing Different Sender Names

1. Create a new Email as normal, by clicking on PEOPLE from the Start Organising menu, moving your cursor over Email and clicking on the plus (+) icon that appears.



2. Create your Email as you usually would. Next to your From line, you'll see a green circle with a plus (+) icon. Click on this to add an alternative sender name.



3. Add the alternative sender name you want to test. Just as you would with Email subjects you can add more alternates by clicking the plus (+) icon again.



4. Once you've added the alternates you need continue to send the Email as you usually would.

How To To Run An Email Test: Testing Different Email Bodies

1. Create a new Email as normal, by clicking on PEOPLE from the Start Organising menu, moving your cursor over Email and clicking on the plus (+) icon that appears.



2. Once you've set up your first Email body, click on the button towards the lower right of the page labelled + ADD ALTERNATE BODY.



3. It's a good idea to edit the name of your alternate body to make it easier when viewing results later.



4. Edit your email as normal, and continue to send it as you normally would. If you need to switch between the different email bodies you've created then use the navigation links below the Email Editor.
