Known Issues And Open Incidents
We try not to break things, but sometimes we just crave the drama of it all. This is where we'll log what's broken, and avoid claims of "It was like that when I got here".
If you spot a problem and it's listed here, you don't need to raise a ticket - we're already on it. We'll update each entry as it changes.

Local Party Finder Tool returning errors on postcode lookups
Reported: 30 April 2026 · Status: Team investigating
The Local Party Finder Tool is returning errors on postcode lookups. This is a single tool, and has no effect on vital membership systems.
Our team is working on it, and will hopefully have beaten it into submission (non-violently) later today.
Known Issues
These are problems we're aware of that have a workaround in place while we ship a proper fix.
KNOWN ISSUE - Fixes rolling out
Some emails to Outlook and Hotmail addresses aren't getting through
Status: Team working through affected groups · Mostly affects: Members with @outlook.com or @hotmail.com addresses
Some emails sent from particular Green Party addresses are being rejected, or pushed into the spam folder, by Microsoft. This mostly hits members who pick up their email at @outlook.com or @hotmail.com.
The behind-the-scenes setup that tells Microsoft "yes, this really is from the Green Party" isn't matching up properly on a handful of our email addresses. Microsoft is being cautious and holding the messages back.
We're working through each affected group and tightening up that setup so emails start landing in inboxes again. If you're expecting an email from us and it hasn't arrived, it's worth a quick check of your spam folder while we work through it.
KNOWN ISSUE - Workaround in place
Members with very long addresses are added to Action Network with a delay
Status: Manual workaround in place · Affects: A small number of new members
When a member's address includes an unusually long line, the sync from our membership system into Action Network fails on the first try. The Digital Support team picks these up and edits the address by hand so the record goes through, which adds a short delay before the member appears in Action Network.
We're working on automated address trimming so future syncs go through cleanly without anyone needing to step in.
Past Incidents
No resolved incidents on the record yet. When an open incident above is sorted, we'll move it down here with a short note on what happened and how it was fixed.
We're in the middle of a BOLD makeover of the Green Party Digital Support Site.
Everything should work, so please raise a ticket to let us know if you see something that doesn't seem
right!
