What To Do If You Encounter A Don't Panic Message When Using Action Network?

From time to time you may come across an error page which tells you not to panic. So what should you do? First of all, don't panic- we wouldn't want to anger the Action Network Gods!

In most cases these errors are temporary and so you should check back after 24 hours to see if you're now able to access the page you were trying to access. If it's been more than 24 hours, or you need urgent access to a page you should contact Action Network directly at support@actionnetwork.org. Make sure you include the link to the page you were trying to access.

Can Digital Support Help?

There are limits to what we at Digital Support can help with, and we aren't able to assist with Don't Panic messages. If you raise a ticket for one of these error messages we'll respond asking you to contact Action Network support directly. Having us act as a relay between you and Action Network will only delay resolution of the issue.

I Urgently Need To Publish An Action Or Send An Email- What Can I Do?

If you're getting an error page when trying to send an email, or publish any type of action, it's often quicker to just recreate the email or action, rather than attempting to resolve the issue that's resulting in an error message. If you've already starting work on your action or email you should first try duplicating it, to see if the copy works. If the duplicate results in the same error you'll have to create the action or email from scratch.
