Changing Your Membership Type Through The Member's Site
In April 2021 we enabled the ability for members to change their membership type online. If you receive any requests from members to change their membership please direct them to this article in the first instance.
2. You'll be presented with the login screen for our membership billing portal. Enter the email address associated with your membership and click Continue. You'll receive a one-time passcode via email. Enter this passcode on the next screen and click Login. If you haven't received your passcode please check your Junk/Spam folder.
3. Once logged in you'll see your current membership type at the top of the window. To make any changes simply click on the white box with the membership type and cost.
4. On the next screen click on Edit Subscription.
5. Your current membership will be displayed at the top of the screen. Clicking on this will open a drop down menu of available membership types.
6. Click on the appropriate membership type.
7. The screen will update to show your new membership amount. You can also add an additional donation to your membership by clicking the button labelled Add an additional donation. Once you're happy with the membership type selected just click on Update Subscription.
You should check you're happy with everything on this page before you submit any changes. You will be billed immediately for any prorated charges.
8. You'll receive confirmation that your membership type has been updated both on screen and via email.
How do I cancel my membership??
If for any reason you wish to cancel your membership you can do so by following the first three steps above, before clicking Cancel Subscription, and following the on-screen instructions.
