How To Log In To The Green Party Members Site And Your Membership Portal

The Green Party is rolling out a new Email and Password login that will replace the previous system that used my.greenparty.org.uk. This will reduce the number of steps to login and improve the reliability of the service.

The email and password are on this form is the new login method (circled in yellow below). The old login method "Login with my Green Party" will be discontinued.

If you have never used the new login, you can setup your password by sending a Reset Password Email to the email which is associated with your Green Party membership (instructions below).

You can check which email you use for your Green Party Membership by accessing the customer portal here

HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD

1. Go to https://members.greenparty.org.uk/ and select 'Login'

(if you are already logged in, then you will need to logout,  to follow these steps)

2. After selecting Login, you will see the new Login option "Email" and "Password"

NOTE: These options will only work for members who have received an email telling them to reset their password. Members who have not received this email yet should continue to use "Log in with My Green Party" for the moment.

3. To reset your password, press "Don't Remember your password?"

Behind the scenes, no password exists yet for you in our system. Following this step will lead you to a process to set your password for the first time by using the reset password system.

You will see an option to send a reset password link to your email.

Send your reset password email to the email address that you received an email from the Green Party informing you that your account is ready to use the new login. We will only be sending these to the email address that we have on record as the email address associated with a valid membership.

If your email address is already verified in the login system, then you will see a successful notification saying "We've just sent you an email to reset your password."

4. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, use the email and password options going forward.

TROUBLESHOOTING QUESTIONS

1. Why does it say "Wrong Email and Password" when I use the email and password I have logged into in the past?

If you try to login before we have sent you an email telling you that your email is verified for the Login, OR if you try to login with an email that is not associated with a Green Party membership in the billing system, you will see this screen:
