How To Log In To The Green Party Members Site And Your Membership Portal

Logging into the Green Party members' site and your membership portal is now easier and more secure. We've updated our old system to streamline access to your member services. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to get logged in, set your password, and troubleshoot any issues along the way.

When you become a Green Party member you'll gain access to our members website. Here, you can find out more about being a local party officer, or how to help with our campaigns. You can also manage your membership through our membership portal. This guide will show you how to access both as well as how to reset or change your password.

How to Access the Members' Site

  1. Visit - https://members.greenparty.org.uk/
  2. Enter your membership email address and password, select continue. 
Notes
If you have never logged in before, you can setup your password by clicking on the Forgot password? link. This will send you a reset password email containing instructions on creating your first password.

How to Access the Membership Portal

  1. Navigate to the Membership Portal.
  2. Enter your membership associated email address and select Continue.

  3. Selecting continue will trigger an email which contains your one-time password (OTP). Enter this password in the next screen. 
  4. You can learn how to update your membership information here.
Notes
If you haven't received the OTP check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's not there then double-check you're using the correct email address.

HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD

  1. Go to https://members.greenparty.org.uk/ (if you are already logged in, then you will need to logout, to follow these steps).
  2. Select the Forgot password? link.
  3. Enter your membership associated email address into the text box and hit continue. 
  4. You'll then be directed to our confirmation page to let you know that We've just sent you an email to reset your password.
  5. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Why do I receive a "Wrong Email and Password" when trying to log in?

This message could appear for a couple of reasons:
  1. If you try to login before your email address is verified. In this case, search your inbox for a verification email from us. If you don't have one, let us know by raising a support ticket and we can help you. 
  2. You will also see this message if you try to log in using an email address that isn't associated with your Green Party membership.
