Once an Action Network Group has been up and running for a while it can become cluttered with old Actions, Reports, and Emails which are no longer of any use. It's not possible to delete Actions, Reports, or Emails, but you can hide them so they no longer appear in your lists.
How To Hide Reports, Actions & Emails
1. Head to your list of Reports, Actions, or Emails and find the items you wish to hide in the list.
2. To the right you'll see three icons. Click on the image of the eye with a line through it to hide the item.
3. The page will refresh and you'll see a message confirming the item was hidden.
How To Find And Recover Hidden Items
1. Move your mouse cursor to the bottom of your list of Actions and you'll see two links appear. Click on the link marked View Hidden Items.
2. Find the items you'd like to restore and click on the link next to it marked Restore.
3. You'll see a confirmation message appear, but will remain on the page of hidden items.
4. Once you've restored all items you want to bring back to your main list, head to your list of Actions, Emails, or Reports and you'll see that they've been restored.
Hiding Actions from your list doesn't stop them being visible to Activists. To hide Action from Activists you should unpublish them. Check out this guide to find out how:
