Monitoring Your Email Campaign Performance

1. From the Start Organising menu click on PEOPLE. Move your cursor over Email and click on the list icon that appears.



2. Beneath your list of Emails you'll see a second section titled Email Campaigns.



3. Find the Campaign you want to view and click on Manage.



The Statistics Tab

Near the top of your Email Campaign management page, you'll see three figures. These are:
  1. SENT: This is the number of sent Emails that are a part of this campaign.
  2. SCHEDULED: This is the number of Emails that are currently scheduled, but have not yet been sent. These emails will move to sent one their scheduled send time has passed.
  3. IN DRAFT: This is the number of Emails that are currently in draft status, meaning they have been started, but not scheduled or sent.



Beneath these figures, you'll see the statistics for your Email Campaign. These are the aggregate figures of all the Emails that are a part of your Campaign. They can be read in the same way as Email statistics for individual Emails, but give an overall view of your Campaign's performance.

The View Emails Tab

From the View Emails tab, you can view all of the individual Emails which make up your Campaign. You can manage, remove, duplicate, and view the stats for each individual Email.
Any Emails in Draft can be edited by clicking on the Edit link next to that Email.



Clicking on the word Stats in the blue bar beneath your Email will expand the statistics for that particular Email.



If any of the Emails within your Campaign were sent as part of a test you'll see a Test link next to Stats. Clicking on this will expand the test results for each variation of the Email that was sent as part of the test. The Stats tab will show the aggregate performance of all of the Emails within that test.
